Veritas WAGAS Warranties

We offer a range of coverages that adapt to the needs of your clients, from the coverage of All Mechanical and Electrical (AMAE) to the basic coverage of the powertrain. We cover a wide range of vehicles: cars, vans, heavy trucks, motorcycles, and agricultural and earthmoving machinery. We cover vehicles up to 8 years old.
An extended warranty policy protects your customer against a large and unexpected repair bill. By taking out warranty insurance, the insured ensures that there will not be a sudden financial shock to their budget, which in the case of an engine or a gearbox, for example, could be very expensive.
Warranties from us are transferable and if the customer sells the vehicle, the remainder of the warranty period may be transferred and act as a guarantee to the purchaser of the vehicle.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

new and used

We accept new cars and we can extend the manufacturer’s warranty up to a maximum of 5 years and used cars where we offer warranties of 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. 

Maximum Age

8 years or less and less than 200,000 KM

1 STAR COVERAGE

Engine, timing belts, turbocharger and supercharger (factory), manual gearbox, automatic gearbox and torque converter, front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, cooling system, braking system, suspension, address, casings, work materials.

Note: For older vehicles (6, 7 and 8 years) we only offer 3, 6 or 12 month terms and one star coverage

3 STAR COVERAGE

Engine, timing belts, manual gearbox, automatic gearbox and torque converter, differential, turbocharger, anti-lock system, braking system, cooling system, electrical system, fuel system (diesel and gasoline), suspension and steering (including power steering), clutch, housings and work materials.

5 STAR COVERAGE

Engine, timing belts, turbocharger and supercharger (factory), manual gearbox, clutch, automatic gearbox and torque converter, constant variable transmission (CVT), front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, four wheel drive, system cooling, fuel system (diesel and gasoline), braking system, anti-lock brake systems and stability/traction controls, suspension, hydraulic suspension, steering, air conditioning (factory), electrical system, housings, work materials

All Mechanics and Electricity

ALL MECHANICAL – ALL ELECTRICAL parts are covered with the following exceptions that are excluded:

Wear (including consumable parts and auxiliary material), chassis, components that have been modified from the manufacturer’s specification, fuel system (including induction, tract, fuel hose), brakes and clutch, interior conditioning, air conditioning, window glass/panels, headlights, rubber components, fixed position seals, convertible tops, navigation system, mobile components of hands-free and telephone systems, standard accessories, key battery, weatherstripping and seals, handles, hinges, check straps, adjustment of any components, wheels and tires.
